Smilemakers collection specializes in adult toys for women. They are on a goal to normalize the usage of sexual wellbeing products and deem them as natural. The challenge we faced was restricted to a new industry which he had never ventured into before. The process started with understanding the TG and critically analysing the other websites and applications, based in US. 

We designed and developed a website through woocommerce and utilized their bundle plugin. Since, this is an e-commerce website; we integrated a location tracker that would provide currency based on the location chosen. The smilemakers website witnesses a user visit of atleast 1 lakh every month. We created an s3 bucket where the images will be used directly from amazon s3 and didn’t hamper the load time or efficiency. 

We integrated almost 70+ plugins to equip with the website for a seamless customer journey. Some of these include, Yotpo Social reviews which helps the Woocommerce store owners generate a ton of reviews for their products, Zendesk integration for easy customer support, Sucuri plugin to provide the website owner with best Auditing, SiteCheck Remote Malware Scanning, Effective Security Hardening and Post-Hack features and the woocommerce shipment tracking feature to help the customers track their orders and know the status.
